Ms. De Santiago has over 12 years of experience providing professionals and technology solutions. She began her staffing career as an implementation recruiter where she recruited and managed a recruiting delivery force – building a team of growth-oriented and fulfillment-focused personnel servicing multi-location and large single location accounts. She later transitioned into Account Management where she was responsible for new market development. She provided support in the opening and growth of new offices by developing and leading recruiting operations, increasing customer share in strategically selected industries. She has been responsible for developing new and existing business relationships as well as partnering with recruitment staff and hiring managers in qualifying technical talent for client engagements.
