Ms.Islas’ joined DeSanti as an intern supporting the Recruiting team as a sourcing specialist at the beginning stages of the company. She was then brought on as a Recruiter and has since moved into the role of Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, Montana manages overall operations and is responsible for effectively and successfully managing labor, productivity, and quality control. She serves as a company representative to employees and clients. Montana’s responsibilities include enhancing the operational procedures, systems, and principles in information flow and management, business processes, and looking for opportunities to expand systems. Her duties include: processing payroll for all employees, onboarding, benefits management, assisting with project management, and marketing needs, updating financial documents, and point of contact for any HR inquiries from employees.
