Ariana Stepanian supports the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. Ariana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC San Diego where she grew an appreciation and passion for pursuing a career in Human Resources. In support of this goal, she is currently enrolled in UC San Diego’s Human Resource Management Certification program, learning about the latest trends, practices, and laws, and applying them to her role at DeSanti. In her current position, she supports the human resources department and is the primary interface between technical talent and DeSanti’s Talent Acquisition team, identifying, sourcing, and building relationships with technical talent and introducing them to new opportunities for their career advancement. She strongly believes the value Human Resources and Talent Acquisition can bring in helping positively mold the culture, productivity, and engagement of an organization and its employees. In her free time, Ariana loves spending quality time with her closest family and friends, playing tennis, and taking trips to the beach.
