Her specialized experience in healthcare operations related to managed care, independent physician practices, hospital systems, and medical group development has been a vital asset in her ability to understand the importance of ensuring top talent is aligned with organizational purpose and needs. She has been an instrumental contributor in devising and executing national executive-level searches to high-volume administrative and technical contract placements for small to mid-size executive search firms and large multi-million dollar staffing solution companies. With a passion to serve as a trusted business partner in executing national search and staff augmentation efforts for major hospital systems, academic medical centers, and community and integrated health networks, Kristina will be leading DeSanti’s healthcare vertical focused on value add service offerings in contract staffing and direct placements.

Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts & Sciences from San Diego State University. She is a Los Angeles native and during her free time enjoys taking walks on the beach and reading articles about health and wellness.
